Campaign and Materials Download

In response to New Hampshire’s opioid crisis, the state has created outreach materials for use by public health networks, health care facilities, law enforcement agencies, businesses, schools, and many community-based organizations to help get the word out about the risks and impacts of opioid misuse and to promote services and resources for people and families experiencing addiction.

To order larger quantities of the materials listed below, please complete the Campaign Request Form. If you need additional information on these materials, please contact the NH Center for Excellence by phone 603-573-3333 or email us.
